Acquisition of the brand and certain assets of CTD Tiles - CMA update

Further to its announcement on 17 February concerning the result of the CMA's Phase I investigation, the Company is pleased to note that the CMA has approved in principle its proposed remedies in lieu of a Phase II investigation.

The Company will continue to work with the CMA in a constructive and professional manner, as it has done throughout this process.
